You Can Quickly Increase Your Swing Speed

December 17th, 2007 · 5 Comments

All things being equal the higher your swing speed, the further you’re going to drive the ball… and the easier each golf course will play.

First of all, I want to tell you that it is possible to increase your golf swing speed… and more importantly it is possible for YOU!

So how much can you expect to increase your swing speed?

As a good rule of thumb, remember this “10 for 20”.

What’s “10 for 20” you ask?

Well a 10mph increase in swing speed, gives you an extra 20 + yards of distance with your driver… I’m sure an extra 20 to 30 yards will put a smile on your face.  It will certainly help you fly by your golfing buddies.

Some good news… an increase in your swing speed of only 10mph is easy to achieve.

In fact, you can trick your body into allowing you a temporary increase in swing speed in a 5 to 10 minute period.  Over a matter of weeks you can realize a more permanent increase in speed… which you can take to the course and use every time you play.

Because you can almost instantly achieve a temporary increase in your swing speed, it gets you excited and more importantly allows you to believe it really is possible to increase your

I’ll be sharing with you how to get your extra 10mph Swing Speed.  Sure you can bust your ass and get an even greater increase in swing speed if you really work at it… but unless you’re a Long Drive Pro, you’re probably better of spending your time on other areas of your game.

So for now, focus on the “10 for 20”.

Stick around and I’ll get you the extra 10 mph… and if you want more and you’re willing to work for it, I’ll help you get there.

I was a good player as a young man and could “bomb it” I played on University of Missoutri Golf team in ‘68/69 and was the guy that would commonly win the “long Drive” contestes locally.

Gave up game to raise 5 kids in then80s and 90s and job had me traveling 120days per year to developing countrys.

Making matters worse,,,,,I just terned 60, had a left knee replaces last feb,08, and was scheduled to have right one replaced last Feb////delayed due to travel…so right knee is “bone-on-bone” but seems workable. Last but not least I have arthritis in my left shoulder and me range of motion for the shoulder is extended, but only with pain.

Today range moniyor has my driver swing speed at 90-95mph. I want to get it to 105-110,,,,by adding “smooth/Tempo”, not more muscle.

PS I am fit…weights 2-3 days a week with 45-50#dumbbells,,,curls, benches, rowing, shrugs, curls, trunk twists, ab strengthenind, Alao do Navy SEAL PUSHUPS PROGRAMS twice a week, 170 pushups per set. do alot of ab work and trunk twisting.

I used to have strong move on ball, full turn and classic finishand could routinelt hit it 290-310, with an occasional bomb of 350.

Help me get back to the 280-300

Help…tell me how to do it!!!

I need to increase my swing speed. I signed up for free 10mph training download, when it is available I will certainly give it a try.

Do you only work through computer or in person as well?
